    I’d like to request an exchange – what’s the process?

    If your PERCKO textile solution isn’t quite right for you, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

    How does it work?
    Step 1 : Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know which model you’d like in exchange.
    Step 2 : Our customer care team will then provide you with the return instructions and can offer personalised advice if needed. Please ensure that the product is returned in good condition and in its original packaging. Kindly note that return shipping costs for exchanges are your responsibility.
    Step 3 : Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange and send you a confirmation email. You can expect to receive your new product within 4 to 10 working days from the date of receipt.

    If you’re unsure about the size you’ve received, we’re here to help!
    1. Please share the following details so we can provide tailored advice:
    - Your chest measurement in cm (to measure, stand upright in your underwear, arms relaxed by your sides, breathing normally, and measure around the fullest part of your chest at nipple level).
    - Your height
    - Your current weight
    2. For the most accurate recommendation, we suggest sending us front and back photos of you wearing the textile solution.
    3. Feel free to let us know the type of activity you intend to use the product for – this helps us advise you even better.
