How to wear Lyne FIT ?
Just wear it during your physical activities, like a regular sports t-shirt!
1. Once Lyne FIT is on, the tensors should be placed around your shoulders and lumbar region.
2. The clips are adjustable on 3 levels and must be arranged symmetrically to manage the stimulation.
