    I have sent my package back but I still haven't received my new product / How long will it take for me to receive my new product?

    Your package may take several days to arrive at our premises, so don't forget to ask Royal Mail for a tracking number so that you can trace it.

    We will proceed with the exchange as soon as we have received your returned product. You will receive your new product within 3-4 days in Metropolitan France, about a week in Europe, and two to three weeks abroad.
